A spiritual gardening journey about nature, Divine energy, conscious living, and how growing plants can transform your inner life.
There is something special in touching the soil with your own hands.
Not as a task.
Not as work.
But as connection.
When we moved to our farmhouse in the countryside, the front garden was almost like a small jungle. Plants growing everywhere. Wild energy. Untamed life.
But I did not want to fight against it.
I wanted to listen to it.
During the years I have worked there slowly, step by step, season after season, learning what the garden wanted to become. I had a vision of paradise, but I also understood that nature already carried its own wisdom and energy inside it.
A garden is alive.
And when you stop trying to dominate it and begin to cooperate with it, something changes inside you too.
The two apple trees now give apples for jelly. The berry bushes give berries for juice. Flowers bloom around the pathways. Birds sing while I work there. The wind moves softly through leaves like invisible prayers passing through the air.
But the garden gives much more than food.
It gives energy.
It gives silence.
It gives peace.
And slowly it begins to teach.
Sometimes I place my hands into the soil and simply stay there for a moment. Feeling the Earth. Feeling life moving underneath everything. In those moments I understand why nature has always been sacred to people.
Plants speak a language without words.
Not through sentences, but through feeling, rhythm, growth, patience, and presence.
The more aware and conscious you become, the more you begin to understand this silent language.
That is why gardening is not only about growing plants.
It is also about growing yourself.
Every seed carries a teaching.
You plant something small into darkness and trust that life will awaken from it. You water it. Protect it. Give it time. And slowly something beautiful rises from the Earth.
Human growth works the same way.
Your acts are seeds.
Your thoughts are seeds.
Your choices are seeds.
What you nourish with awareness grows.
This realization inspired song lyrics that came to me while working in the garden. The words arrived naturally, almost like the plants themselves wanted to sing:
“In silence they speak to me
in the language of silence
and I begin to understand
without words what they tell”
When I work in the garden, I feel connected not only to nature, but also to Divine energies. To Sun. To Goddesses. To Gods. To the living consciousness present inside creation itself.
And together we create paradise.
Not a perfect paradise.
Not a fantasy world.
But a living paradise made from awareness, love, work, patience, and connection.
The Golden Age people often search outside themselves can also begin from very simple things:
a garden,
a flower,
a tree,
a conscious act,
a peaceful moment in sunlight.
Even planting one seed into a small pot can become spiritual practice if done consciously.
The garden is not separate from you.
The garden is you.
And perhaps that is one of the greatest teachings nature can give:
Life grows toward the energy you feed it with.
So put your hands into the ground whenever possible.
Listen.
Learn.
And let nature remind you that Divine creation is still alive all around us.
