Experience spiritual rebirth through Om Namah Shivaya meditation. Learn how Shiva clears the five elements for transformation within this lifetime.
There is a kind of death that does not take your body.
It takes your masks.
It takes your roles.
It takes the version of you that lived from outside expectations instead of inner truth.
This is the death I experienced with Shiva.
And this is what the teaching song “So I Died With Shiva” is about.
Not physical death.
Not drama.
Not escape.
Rebirth within this lifetime.
When I say I died with Shiva, I mean this:
I left behind identities that were no longer aligned with my spiritual growth.
I stopped living from reaction.
I stopped living from emotional turbulence.
I stopped defending roles that were never my true self.
Shiva is not destruction for chaos.
Shiva is conscious clearing.
He removes what is false so what is real can stand without effort.
This is the initiation I received through Om Namah Shivaya meditation.
In this teaching, Shiva guided me to clear the five elements within the body:
Na – Earth (Root Chakra)
Clear stability, survival patterns, fear stored in the body.
Ma – Water (Sacral Chakra)
Clear emotional residue and attachment.
Shi – Fire (Solar Plexus)
Clear ego reactions, anger, control.
Va – Air (Heart Chakra)
Clear grief, closedness, and withheld love.
Ya – Ether (Throat Chakra)
Clear suppressed truth and blocked expression.
When you chant consciously through these elements, something shifts.
Not because you try to change.
But because what is heavy begins to dissolve.
This is rebirth without dying.
If you want to deepen this elemental clearing into a structured daily practice, I teach a step-by-step mantra system inside my Hum Gum Meditation course where we work with sound, awareness, and energetic responsibility in a grounded way.

Many people wait for transformation.
They think awakening is dramatic.
It is not.
It is precise.
It is simple.
It is the quiet moment when you realize:
“I do not need to carry this version of myself anymore.”
That is the death.
And immediately, something lighter stands up inside you.
That is rebirth.
You do not leave life.
You enter it more fully.
Rebirth becomes stable only when practice becomes consistent.
If you are ready to move from inspiration into disciplined inner growth, the Hum Gum Meditation – Awaken Divine Wisdom course gives you a practical foundation to integrate mantra meditation into daily life.
One line in the song says:
“To live and enjoy you need to clear.”
This is not philosophy.
It is practical spirituality.
If your root is full of fear, life feels unsafe.
If your sacral is full of emotional residue, relationships feel heavy.
If your solar plexus is burning with reaction, peace feels distant.
Clear the elements.
Life becomes simpler.
Joy becomes natural.
Spiritual growth stops being an idea and becomes your daily state.
This teaching is one doorway.
